Our family-friendly holiday flat is suitable for 1-4 people (54 m2). It offers you a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a storage room and a large living room with a cosy dining area and a view of the garden and the mountains. The living room cupboard conceals two folding beds that can be folded out into two comfortable beds. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used by prior arrangement and for a fee. All rooms are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. The flat was renovated in February/March 2024. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The holiday flat is not barrier-free.

Facilities: 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm), 2 folding beds (90 x 200 cm each), bed linen, towels, wardrobes, hairdryer, large couch, TV, WiFi, dining table with corner bench and 2 chairs, garden table with 4 chairs, cooker with 4 hotplates and oven, dishwasher, fridge with 4-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and other kitchen utensils, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, dishwasher tabs and cleaning products.

Nestled between the Untersberg, the Götschen and the Lattengebirge with the "Hexe", this holiday flat is situated in a sunny, quiet location in Bischofswiesen Winkl on the ground floor of an apartment building with garden. From the terrace of the holiday flat you have a view of the Kehlsteinhaus, Hoher Göll and Jenner. The garden is available to all residents.
